We have been hearing since childhood that there is strength in unity. This seems to be true at all times. There is a difference between doing any one job alone and four people doing it together. Strength grows in unity. A family, a community living together brings happiness, peace and tranquility.

We are able to face any problems and challenges in unity. All can be shared with each other. An example of unity is that clapping cannot be done with one hand, but clapping is possible only if two hands join together.
Together, the most difficult tasks can be done easily and effectively. Being united does not only apply to an individual or a family. It applies to a community, state, nation and the world. Unity fosters a spirit of mutual support, cooperation, peace, equality, and harmony.
1. A Story of Unity
A father had two sons in a village. His father worked on the farm and raised two sons. Both sons also remained loyal to their father. Time has passed. Animosity arose between the two brothers. Both of them went to the bazaar.
The people of the village were laughing at these fights. Every day, they used to fight over every little thing. There was no peace at home. The father called his two sons and gave each a stick. He said that it was broken into two equal parts. The two sons easily broke the stick into two parts.Then once again the father gave his two sons a bundle of sticks and asked them to break them. They could not break the bundle of sticks easily.

Then father – if you two are separated, the people of the village will easily defeat you and laugh at you. That’s why you should never be separated. Always be united.
Moral of the story: There is strength in unity. There is bliss in unity. If everyone lives together, that is the garden of peace.
2. Unity is Strength Story
In a small town, there was a small and beautiful school. Two friends named Satish and Suresh were studying in the 7th standard. The two were ahead in all school activities.
One day, Satish and Suresh were arguing. The two were fighting over something. Then the teacher called two of them, gave each of them a piece of stick, and told them to break it.
Satish and Suresh broke the stick easily. Then the teacher again gave them two bundles of sticks and asked them to break them. They both tried to break, but couldn’t.
A small stick can be broken easily, but a bundle of sticks is very difficult to break. Also, it would be better if we were all together instead of separate. Then no evil force can defeat it.
Moral of Story: There is strength in unity.
